2 8 oz packages light cream cheese (Neufchâtel cheese)1/2 bottle of Boulevard Wheat Beer - substitute as needed1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 package dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix(dried meat can be chopped and added, but is not calculated in totals)
Directions
Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature. Mix all ingredients.
