Homemade Biscuit Mix

Ingredients
9 cups Flour1 1/2 cup Non-fat Dry Milk1/2 cup sugar3 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda3 tsp Salt2 1/4 cups Shortning
Directions
Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a mixer except the shortning. Mix well on low-medium low for 5 minutes. Add shortning and mix another 5 minutes.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

Serving Size: 1 cup of mix

Recipe makes approximately 13 cups of mix
