Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients
8 chicken breast tenderloins (roasted and chopped)1+1/2 cup instant rice ( prepared with water, butter, salt as called)2 small heads of broccoli, cut into florets (steamed)1 cup chicken broth12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix with all other ingredients, except cheddar. Top with cheddar and bake in a 9x9 square casserole dish at 375 for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Cut the square casserole into square portions, 3 servings x 3 servings
