Ingredients
2 cups skim cottage cheese1 can Pumpkin Pure 6 oz cup vanilla, non-fat greek yogurt3 large egg whites1 cup splenda sweetener 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Beat your cheesecake ingredients together. 50 tsp of splenda = 1 cup for me! Beat in 1 egg white at a time. Bake at 350*F for 45 minutes. Place it in the fridge overnight. T
