Quick & Creamy Chicken Stew

Ingredients
3/4lb (340g) Small red potatoes (about 8), quatered2 tbsp. water1 tbsp. oil1 lb (450g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces1 can reduced fat condensed cream of chicken soup1/4 c Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italain Dressing2 c frozen peas and carrots1/2 c (1/2 of 250g tub) Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese
Directions
1. Place potatoes in microwave dish. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave on high for 7 min or until potatoes are tender.
2. Meanwhile heat oil in large pan on medium high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 min or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
3. Add potatoes, soup, dressing and frozen vegetables to saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover. Simmer on med-low heat for 3 min or until chicken is done and vegetables are heated through.
4. Stir in cream cheese; cook 3 min or until melted, stirring occasionally.
