Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip (Kelly R)

Ingredients
12 oz can chicken, drained, rinsed & shredded1/4 c Frank's Red Hot sauce1/4 c Hellman's fat free mayo1 c Mexican shredded cheese1 c Shredded cheddar cheese1 tsp lemon juice2 tsp Tabassco sauceroasted red peppers to taste8 oz cream cheese, softened
Directions
Rinse & drain chicken while cream cheese softens. Mix cream cheese with mayo, red hot/tabassco sauces, lemon juice and roasted red peppers. Stir in chicken and cheese (reserving 1/2 c). Spread mixture into 8"x8" casserole dish & sprinkle with reserved cheese.
Bake for 20-25 min on 350. Serve with choice of tortilla, bread or vegetables.
