Ramen Pizza

Ingredients
2 packages ramen noodles (I used chicken flavor but you can use chicken or beef), seasoning packets removed and set aside2 slices bacon (or ground beef/turkey, whatever meat that browns), cut into pieces1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup mushrooms (optional)1 egg1/2 cup milk (I used skim)3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese1 cup spaghetti sauce3/4 - 1 cup shredded cheese of choice (I used Italian blend)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

Cook ramen as directed.

Mix parmesan, milk, and egg together in a bowl.

Combine cooked ramen and milk mixture.

Transfer noodles to a pizza pan or pie pan - anything with slight edges.

Cook onion, bacon, and mushrooms in a pan until golden brown.

Pour the spaghetti sauce over the noodles, spread onion mix and bacon mixture around evenly, and top with shredded cheese.

Cook at 350 for 20 minutes or until noodles have set.
