Talapia Fish and Shrimp Civiche With Mango Drea Style

5oz Talapia Fish Frozen or Fresh9oz Shrimp 41-50 Count Cooked, Devained & Peeled with Tails on Frozen (Thawed and Tails Removed)Juice of 1 lime (2 tbsp.)1 Cup of My Mango Salsa (See Mango Salsa By LosingDrea Recipe)*Optional 1/4 Cup Fresh Chopped Parsley may be added if you wish.
Thaw Frozen Talapia and cut in cubes.
Thaw Frozen Shrimps, Remove Tails, and Cut into Cubes
Put Talapia in a shallow bowl or container with a lid and squeeze in the juice of 1 Lime. Put lid onto this container and leave it sit for a bit (approximately 30 Minutes) to allow the Fish to soak in the lime juice therefore cooking it until every piece has turned white all around each cube. You may have to continually turn the fish in the lime juice to be sure all sides of the fish have been coated and soaked long enough to cook.
Once all the fish cubes appear to looked cooked thus they have turned from a pinkish almost translucent color to a visibly white non-translucent color, add to the chopped up shrimp pieces, then add in 1 cup of Mango Salsa. Give it a good toss and pack down tight pressing everything down flat with a fork or spoon into a container and seal with an air tight lid. Place in refrigerator to sit and chill while further marinating in the flavors, etc.. Serve alone, or with Chips for a refreshing snack!
