vegetarian sausage quiche

Ingredients
4 eggs2/3 cups 1% milk1 small summer squash, sliced1 large bunch broccoli, diced1 large slice onion, sliced1.5 tbsp olive oil1/3 cup shredded cheddar1 pre-made pie crust5 links of boca breakfast sausages
Directions
pre-heat oven to 400
saute vegetables in 1.5 tbsp olive oil for 5 minutes
cut sausages into 1/2 inch slices
add to frying pan for 2-3 minutes
beat 4 eggs and milk
pour vegetables and sausage into pie crust
sprinkle cheese over vegetables
pour egg/cheese mix over top
bake at 400 for 1/2 hour

Makes 6 slices of quiche
