Left over Thanksgiving Turkey tenders

Turkey (light meat), 3 cup, chopped or diced Egg, fresh, 1 medium *White Whole Wheat Flour (King Arthur Flour), 0.25 cup *Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
crack egg in small plate or bowl; coat turkey pieces
next coat egg covered pieces with flour.
pour olive oil into hot frying pan, place coated turkey pieces into pan until golden brown.
