Brocoli Soup

Ingredients
3 pounds of brocoliturkey broth (3-5 quarts)2 cups unsweetened soy milk2 tsp salt
Directions
Boil the brocoli in the broth until tender, use immersion blender to "cream" soup. Add salt. Add soy milk and serve.
