1 Cup Salad oil (I used 3/4 Cup Canola and add water)1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar1/4 Cup Large Curd Cottage Cheese3 Tbsp Sugar (I use raw or evaporated cane sugar)1 tsp Onion flakes or juice (I just chop red onion)1 tsp Dry Mustard1 tsp Poppy seeds1 tsp Salt
Add ingredients to blender. Pulse several times and until mixed well but not entirely smooth. Pour into serving container. Keep refridgerated.
