Nutty Granola

Ingredients
3 cups (300 grams) old-fashioned rolled oats 3/4 cup (75 grams) sliced or slivered almonds1/2 cup (45 grams) raw sunflower seeds1/2 cup (45 grams) walnuts1/2 tablespoon (5 grams) wheat germ 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 cup (120 ml) pure maple syrup 1/2 cup dried fruits (cranberries, cherries, apricots, dates, figs, and/or raisins)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large bowl combine the rolled oats, nuts, seeds, wheat germ, cinnamon, and salt. Add maple syrup and stir until everything is coated.
Spread on to a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Let the granola cool downed then stir in the dried fruit.
