Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
1 Green pepper1 Red pepper1 Yellow pepper2 Jalapeno peppers1 Onion1 Chicken breast1 5 oz. packet Mahatma Saffron Rice1/4 cup Fiesta Blend cheese
Directions
Boil bell peppers. Chop jalapenos and onion, then cook with chicken breast. Cook rice according to instructions. Stuff peppers with rice, or just serve rice over chopped peppers. Top with cheese.
