Coconut Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
1 lb Chicken Thighs , cubed 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 6 tbsp ARTISANA COCONUT BUTTER Cilantro, raw- to taste. I used about 1/4 cup Lime Juice- 1 lime 1/4 cup, loosely packed Coconut, toastedsaltpeppergarlic cumin
Directions
brown all sides of the chicken cubes in the coconut oil, on medium.

reduce heat to low, season with salt and pepper, garlic and cumin

keep stirring chicken, add coconut butter and lime juice. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until meat is cooked.

add cilantro and coconut flakes or shreds, stir to combine. Devour
