Leftover Turkey Soup

Ingredients
8 cups diced potatoes7 cups leftover turkey1 28oz bag of mixed vegetables1.5 cups turkey broth.5 T sea salt .5 T dried sage
Directions
Put all in stockpot and bring to boil. Simmer until potatoes are done and flavors are combined. I put it on after lunch and simmered it until dinner.
