Quiche Lorraine with Matzo Crust (1/8 quiche)

Ingredients
6 matzo3 eggs2 c 1/2 & 1/24 oz bacon, cooked1/2 c swiss cheese, grated1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepperdash nutmeg1 tsp minced green onions
Directions
Mix half-and-half, eggs & spices. Cook bacon & crumble. Soak matzo in water until pliable, blot, then press into lightly greased pie plate. Add bacon, then cheese, then pour on custard. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes.
