Jackfruit Sandwich

Ingredients
1 cup Boiled Jackfruit16 slices Bread4 tbsp ButterSalt to tasteBlack Pepper powder to taste
Directions
Slice & boil the jackfruit. Drain the water, add salt & pepper to taste and mix well. Take two slices of bread. Apply butter on one slice & place 2 tbsp of Jackfruit on the other slice. Place the buttered slice over the jackfruit layer. cut out the crust of the bread & divide the S/W into two pieces (make 2 triangles). Serve.
