Cheesy Tuna Biscuits

1 1/2 can tuna, drained3 tbsp. instant minced onion or 1/2 c. chopped onion3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese1/2 c. skim milk10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup8 oz. can Pillsbury Grands biscuits, refrigerated
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine tune, onion, 1/2 cup shredded cheese (reserve 1/4 cup) and 5 tablespoons soup.
Separate dough, and stretch out. Put 1-2 Tbsp tuna mixture on one end and fold in half, pressing edges together.
Heat rest of soup, cheese and milk in small sauce pan until bubbly. Pour 1/2 of soup mixture into lightly greased pan.
Place biscuits over soup. Bake 20-30 minutes until brown. Serve with remaining sauce on top.
Serving Size: makes 8 tuna pockets
