2 cups 1% milk2-2/3 c. whole wheat flour4 t. baking powder4 T brown sugar substitute4 eggs (I use 2 eggs and 1/2 cup substitute)2 dashes salt1 cup pumpkin

Cook slowly over medium-low heat.
