Ingredients
3/4 c gluten free flour1/4 c sugar1/4 tsp baking powder1/4 + 1/8 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp vanilla1 1/2 tbsp non-dairy milk1/4 c Earth Balance1/4 tsp chia meal
Directions
Preheat oven 325F

Combine dry. Add wet. Refridgerate for a few hours.

Scoop by TBSP onto parchment lined cookie sheet.

Bake about 12 minutes. Let stand about 5 minutes. Continue to cool on cookie rack.
