Directions
slice zucchini into strips with a vegetable peeler
slice mushrooms
cook mushrooms and zucchini strips in a pan with butter/garlic

in a seperate pan, cook salmon, scallops and shrimp in butter/garlic

melt cream cheese in saucepan. Add parmesan cheese, garlic, and heavy whipping cream.
