GF Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
1 Box Gluten Free Pantry old fashioned cake/cookie mix4 tbsp Olive Oil2 ea large Egg, fresh1/2 cup Buttermilk, lowfat2 ea medium Banana, extra ripe1 cup Walnuts,chopped1 Tsp Vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place ripe bananas in a blender with buttermilk, and eggs. Run blender to liquify bananas. Place walnut pieces in blender and run a short time to mix with bananas. Empty box of cake mix in mixing bowl. Add Olive OIl, Vanilla, and mixture from blender. Mix until the batter is smooth. Grease an 8x8 square pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake 28-30 Minutes. Enjoy.
