Brown Sugar Chicken

Ingredients
5 chicken thighs*1/2 cup brown sugar1/3 cup white wine vinegar*1/4 cup Diet Sprite (or other lemon lime soda)2 tbsp soya sauce1 tsp pepper3 cloves garlic, chopped
Directions
Throw all the ingredients in a 4-Quart Crock Pot. Toss and cook on high for 4-6 hours, or low 6-8 hours.

Remove thigh bones (if cooking with whole pieces) and shred the meat - will also help soak up the yummy juices.

Serve with roasted veggies over rice for a complete meal!
