Marinated Carrots

Ingredients
6 cups carrots, sliced and cooked1 onion, medium, sliced thin1 green pepper, large, chopped in small pieces1 can tomato soup1/2 cup white vinegar1/4 cup canola oil1/2 cup sugar1 tsp mustard (yellow or dijon)1/2 tsp pepper3 tsp Worchestershire sauce
Directions
Boil carrots until just tender (do not over cook!). Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking. Mix in a large bowl with all other ingredients. Marinate in the fridge overnight or longer.
