25 Exrta Large Cooked Shrimp1/2 clove garlic cut up1 1/2 T. garlic powder6 T. Country Crock Light (or other light margarine)Italian seasoning blend to taste1/8 c. parmesan cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 375. Spray bottom of 9 X 13 cake pan with butter flavored, non fat cooking spray. Place shrimp on bottom in a single layer. Melt margarine with garlic powder in it then pour over shrimp. Add Italian seasoning blend. Bake about 15 - 20 minutes (until bubbling lightly). Remove from over, stir, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake for about 10 minutes longer. Remove from oven when cheese is somewhat melted.
