Tomato Flax Tortilla

Ingredients
3 cups flour2 teaspoons baking powder1 cup low sodium V-8 juice2 tablespoons flax1 tbsp olive oil to brush pan.
Directions
Mix all ingredients accept olive oil. Divide into 12 pieces. Roll out to 8 to 12 inch round. Brush no- stick pan lightly with olice oil. Fry on both sides.

Serving Size: makes 12 , 8 - 10 inche tortilla.
