Mashed Sweet Potato with Nutmeg

Ingredients
-Sweet potato, 3 sweet potato, 5" long -Milk, 1%, .5 cup recommended but judge based on preferred consistency (can substitute veg broth or water)-Butter, salted, 1 tbsp-Salt & Pepper to taste (1 tsp each) -Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (to taste)
Directions
1. Wash and peel sweet potatoes
2. cut into 1-2 inch cubes and boil 10 min or until tender
3. Using a masher or hand blender mash potatoes until no large pieces remain.
4. Add in remaining ingredients and blend again until a smooth fluffy texture has been reached.

Makes approximately 4-5 servings.
