4 fillets of Sea Bass2 tbl. olive oilflour to coatsalt, pepper to taste
Directions
Season fish with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings that you like. Heat olive oil in pan. Coat fish with flour, and fry. Taste delicious, without too much fattening breading.
