half head iceburg lettuce chopped1 large carrot, grated2 cups sliced english cucumbers3/4 cup chopped red onion3 plum tomatoes, chopped3 hard boiled eggs, quartered
Directions
Chop all vegetables excluding tomatoes and egg. Divide amoun three plates and quarter one egg and tomatoe per plate.
