Ingredients 1 tablespoon rubbed sage 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 4 clove garlic, crushed 1 (5 pound) boneless pork loin 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons of splenda
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F .
In a bowl, combine sage, salt, pepper, and garlic. Pierce pork and rub thoroughly all over pork making sure to get into the pierced areas. Place pork in an uncovered roasting pan on the middle oven rack.
Bake in the preheated oven for 3 hours.
Combine vinegar, water, and soy sauce in a small saucepan. Heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture begins to bubble; cook two minutes. Pour over roast during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
