Tortilla Hawaiian Pizza for one

Ingredients
1 Wheat Lavash Bread 1/4 cup Delallo Pizza Sauce1/4 cup Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese 4 slices Jones Canadian Bacon, Canadian1 serving Dole Pineapple Chunks - well drained (I use the single serving/individual snack cups)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375d
Place lavash bread (or tortilla) on a baking sheet sprayed w/ nonstick spray
Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
Meanwhile, chop canadian bacon into small pieces and thoroughly drain pineapple chunks.
Remove from oven, flip lavash over, and top with pizza sauce, cheese, canadian bacon, and pineapple
Place back in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted

Serving Size: Makes 1 pizza
