Creamy Tomato Soup

Ingredients
3 cans of tomatoes in juice (14 oz cans)1 large onion, thinly sliced3 cloves of garlic, crushed2 TBSP butter2/3 cup water2/3 cup heavy cream1 tablespoon of sugar1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper1/2 teaspoon dried oreganoSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter in a medium soup pot. Add the thinly sliced onion and garlic and saute for 5-7 minutes until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Using an immersion blender, puree the soup. Serve with bread.
