Cream of Wheat Waffles

Ingredients
- 5 pouches (28 grams each about 1 cup total) of instant cream of wheat- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder- 1.5 cups 1% milk- one large egg
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well and let sit for 10 minutes.
-Drop batter by tablespoons into a hot pan greased with cooking spray
- Alternatively, you can make waffles using a regular waffle iron. Be sure to spray well with cooking spray here too.
