Thank you for this seasoning packet recipe. How do you know how much to use related to how much meat, etc. or do with just season to taste as I did. I also add additional cayenne to spice to taste of my family. I used free onions sauteed juice of precooked meat of my choice . - 12/30/11

I think you just use as much as your recipe calls for. So if your recipe says to add 2 Tsp of chilli seasoning to your chilli then yo add 2 Tsp of this to your chilli. Personally, the more the better ! - 1/2/12

i can't handle spicy foods. They cause me all sorts of stomach issues. I used to be able to eat hot foods and had an iron stomach. - 12/30/11

i live alone but i always make a batch of chili in the winter and freeze in single serving containers... it's pretty bland by most chili lovers' standards so i will try this combo and see if it passes their muster...lol thanks! - 12/30/11

I haven't made this yet, but I have been looking for a chili recipe for ages that doesn't contain salt. I usually buy the low sodium ones from Old El Paso, but it's still pretty high. Thanks. - 12/30/11
