*Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove) *baked sweet potato, 2 serving (remove) *Parsnips (Boiled or Baked), 1 cup (remove) *Baby Carrots (9 carrots), 1 serving (remove) *blue bonnet, 1 tbsp (remove) *Milk, Kroger Skim Milk, 4 oz (remove) *MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove) *Black Pepper (Ground), 0.25 tsp (remove) *Ginger Chews - Ginger People serving 2 pieces, .25 serving (remove) Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
Peel and cut potatoes, sweet potatoes, parsnips into 1-2 inch chunks. Place in large pot. Add carrots. Cover in water. Put pot on to boil. Boil for 25-30 minutes or until all is tender. Drain. Mash all together to desired consistency. Add milk, margarine, and spices and stir well.
