Ingredients
Shrimp cooked & peeled tail on Aqua Star, 1 lbBroccoli, fresh, 2 bunchKetchup, Heinz, 2 tbspBrown Sugar, 1 tbsp brownulatedLemon juice Goya, 1 tbsp Olive oil Vigo, 2 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.25 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Directions
Stir fry broccoli in olive oil. Meantime mix ketchsup, brown sugar, lemon juice, cayenne pepper & garlic powder together in bowl, add shrimp. Mix well & sit aside for 10 to 15 minutes (cooked shrimp). Prepare brown rice (precooked variety) and set aside. Add shrimp mixture to broccoli & heat through. Pour over 1 cup of brown rice & serve.
