Thai Chicken with Basil

1 whole chicken, appox 3 lbs. cut upMARINADE2 TBS plain fat free yogurt2 TBS soy sauce1 TBS fish sauce (if you can't find it, use more soy sauce)Juice & zest of 1 lemon3 cloves garlic3 TBS fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil2 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp ginger
Combine all marinade ingredients in a clean plastic bag. Knead bag to combine. Add chicken to bag and turn it around a few times to coat with marinade.
Marinade in fridge for at least 4 hours, turning over occasionally.
Preheat over to 375.
Remove chicken from bag and arrange skin side up on a shallow non-stick roasting pan. Roast at 375 for 50 minutes.
