3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice OR 1/4 tsp. each cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and nutmeg1-2 tsp. splenda, or just add to taste2 shots espresso OR a cup of good, strong coffee
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients but the coffee. Heat until steaming, then blend with a stick blender until the milk, protein powder, and pumpkin are thoroughly mixed and frothy.
Pour the pumpkin mixture into the hot coffee and enjoy!
