2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless, trimmed of all visible fat)3 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped1/2 cup soy sauce (Tamari Organic is gluten free)1/2 cup Stubbs all natural, gluten free BBQ sauce, smoke mesquite1/2 cup ketchup1/2 cup honeySpices as desired: I used ground mustard, garlic powder, and pepper. Again, check for gluten.
Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise and place in bottom of slow cooker. Combine all ingredients in a seperate bowl. Stir. Cover chicken with sauce and cook on medium for 6 hours.
Serving Size: Makes 2 chicken breasts with sauce, cut in half for 4 servings
