Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cut up turkey1 small stalk celery5 - 6in carrots cut up1 medium onion4 cloves of garlic6 cups chicken broth
Directions
place onions and garlic in a large stockpot and fry until tender add turkey, celery, carrots and chicken broth. bring to a boil. cook until carrots are tender.
