Parmesan-Cilantro-Onion omelet

Ingredients
4 large eggs2 tbsp cilantro chopped1/4 chopped medium onion2 tbsp parmesan
Directions
combine eggs, cilantro, onion and 1 tbsp parmesan in bowl. Mix.

Cook over medium heat. After flipping, add second tbsp of parmesan to top of omelet. Let melt. Serve.

Serving Size: Makes 2 medium omelets.
