400g extra lean ground beef400g fresh tomatoes460g fresh mushrooms3 tbsp dehydrated onion1 tsp cayenne pepper1 tbsp chili powder
Brown the ground meat with the chili seasoning.
Puree 3/4 of the tomatoes & dice the rest.
Dump everything into a crock pot and stir.
Cook on low heat for 6+ hours.
