Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
1 (12 oz.) bag Ronzoni wide whole grain noodles1 T. salt8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms1 medium onion, chopped2 T. butter2 c. frozen peas2 (6 oz.) cans tuna in water1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Fit & Active cream of mushroom soup2 c. grated cheddar cheese1/2 c. skim milksalt & pepper to taste1 c. breadcrumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook pasta until al dente. Dry saute mushrooms about 10 minutes. Saute onions and butter and place in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Add all other ingredients except bread crumbs. Top with bread crumbs and cook for 20 minutes.
