2 plum tomatoes1 c. sliced zuchinni1 c. sliced eggplant1 c. sliced mushrooms1/2 c. chopped onionoreganobasilsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Wash, clean, and slice vegetables. Place all ingredients in a saute pan and cook until vegetables are tender.
