Jennifer's Super Easy Turkey Lasagna!

Ingredients
* 1 pound Ground turkey, 93% lean* 16 oz Simply Kraft Low Fat Cottage Cheese Small Curd* 2 cups Hill Country Fair Shredded Mozzarella Part-Skim* 24 oz Prego Roasted Garlic & Herb Tomato Sauce* 12 Barilla Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles* 1 cup water
Directions
Brown the ground turkey in a non stick pan.

Mix cottage cheese, 2 cups of sauce, 1.5 cups of mozzarella, browned turkey, and a cup of water in a large mixing bowl.

Spread 1/2 cup of sauce onto the bottom of your 9x11 pan. Layer 4 lasagna noodles and top with 1/3 of mixture. Repeat this process two more times until you have three nice layers.

Top with remaining 1/2 cup of sauce and remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.

Bake in oven at 375 for 45 minutes. Leave cool for at least 10-15 minutes.

Serving Size: I have this serving 8 as a full meal with salad (not included in calorie totals).
