Fat Smash Pancakes

Ingredients
1.5 cups of dry old fashioned oatmealTwo 6oz containers of light fat free yogurt1/2 cup of egg whites
Directions
Mix the ingredients together with a wisk.
The batter will be thick.
Preheat a frying pan and spritz with non-stick spray just before dropping the batter onto it.
Cook for about two minutes and then flip over.
Cook for two more minutes and then eat them up.

Serving Size: Makes nine 3" pancakes
