Chocolate Pancake

Ingredients
4 egg whites1/3 cup uncooked oatmeal3 tbsp raspberry preserves (low-sugar)1 tbsp cocoa powderdash vanilla extract2 tbsp Nesquick no-sugar-added chocoalte mixPam cooking spray
Directions
Mix egg whites, oatmeal, preserves, cocoa powder, vanilla and Nesquick in a blender. Spray a 6-inch pan with Pam and warm on medium heat. Pour the mixture in a pan, cover and cook for 4 or 5 min. Flip the pancake with a spatula and cook for 1 or 2 more minutes or until the inside is fully cooked.
