Tofu, Cabbage, and Chickpea Curry

Ingredients
1/2 head red cabbage1/2 lb extra-firm tofu4 cloves garlic1.5 tbsp oil1 can garbanzo beans1 can diced tomatoes4 tbsp Patak's Mild Curry Sauce
Directions
Steam Cabbage. In another pan, saute onion in oil, add garlic. When translucent, add tofu and saute until slightly browned. Add curry sauce and garbano beans and cook for one minute. Add cabbage and diced tomatoes to tofu mixture then simmer for 20 minutes.
