Spice - Grilled Lamb

Ingredients
½ tsp ground ginger¼ tsp nutmeg¼ tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp cayenne powder1 tsp curry powder1 tsp oregano1 cup plain tomato sauce3 tbsp balsamic vinegar5 diced garlic cloves8 1” thick lamb chops, trimmed well
Directions
Place all ingredients but lamb in a saucepan.
Boil 10 minutes. Cool completely.
Pour over lamb chops in a deep glass dish (no metal!) and marinate 3 hours.
Preheat grill or BBQ to medium-high.
Oil grill. Add lamb, cover, and cook 6 minutes on each side.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
